The route starts from kanpur outer to lucknow
junction with real distance .
In this route Kanpur -
Lucknow line joins with Howrah - Delhi mainline near Kanpur Central and also
some branch lines biffurcate from Unnao Junction on that route . One is going
to Prayagraj via Unchahar and the other one going to Lucknow - Delhi line via
Balamau .
