The BHUJ-Vadodara-Rajkot Route is approximately 1500kms long with major stations like BHUJ-Gandhidham-Bhachau-Samakhiali-Dhanghdhara-Viramgam-Sabarmati-Ahmedabad-Vatva-Anand-Nadiad-Vadodara. The Viramgam-Rajkot section contains these important stations Wankener Junction-Rajkot-Than Junction-Surendranagar-Viramgam.

The Route between BHUJ-Vadodara-Rajkot is one the most important route for goods services in the Indian Western Railways Network. The Freight as well as Passenger Traffic is very high.
